The condominium is located in a very central area, close to shops and several accesses from different sides.
It is located in a small condominium complex of only 8 units which share a pool and a ranch for activities.
First Floor: when entering the condominium there is a garage for two vehicles, it has an entrance hall that directs us to the social or private area of the house.
In the social area we find a large living room and dining room integrated with excellent natural lighting and beautiful wall veneer as a visual finish and half a guest bathroom.
The kitchen is located independently with Euromobilia furniture and a breakfast area for four people, in the back is the laundry area and service bedroom with its full bathroom.
Second Floor: we find a spacious main room with a Parke WC type floor, in the main bathroom it has a tub and a large sink. It has two large secondary bedrooms, with air conditioning, a Parke-type floor, their respective closet and they share a full bathroom.
