The property is completely fenced and can be accessed through an electric gate with walk in door. There is a spacious covered car port for 2 cars. You will see hummingbirds, butterflies and plenty of other birds (some of them bathing in the pool) on a daily basis. The garden contains several fruit trees. (mango, limes, papaya, pineapple, avocado). Nice and breezy terrace 520 square foot outdoor veranda connects to the big refreshing pool with beautiful view on the green surrounding. The dining room is spacious and full of light, with beautiful views on the pool and lush garden. The kitchen is large and has an adjacent pantry and laundry room connected with the carport.
In the main house, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub, 1 with shower)
Separate from the main house, there is a spacious guest house (430 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom) with own access to welcome your friends and family or to use as a rental for extra income.
